Gwinnett Medical Center–Lawrenceville is located on Lawrenceville-Duluth Highway 120, just east of Highway 316.

From Interstate 85:

• Take Exit 106, Highway 316 East.
• Take the Lawrenceville-Duluth Highway 120 exit.
• Gwinnett Medical Center is located directly off this exit. 

From Highway 78:

• Take Highway 20 or Scenic Highway 124 North toward Sugarloaf Parkway.
• Turn left onto Sugarloaf Parkway.
• Turn right onto Lawrenceville-Suwanee Road.
• The hospital will be on the right before the intersection with Duluth-Lawrenceville Highway 120.
